About This Guide

The guide includes resources for studying the multidisciplinary subject of Religion and Conflict at ASU Libraries and beyond.

Books and More: Search for books (print and Electronic), videos and music, dissertations and theses, microforms, government documents, and special collection items.  Library of Congress (LC) subject headings can help you search books and other materials by a specific subject. The suggested subject headings are linked to ASU Libraries catalog, but you may use them in other catalogs based on the LC system - such as WorldCat, which brings together thousands of library catalogs. Expand your search via other library catalogs.

Reference Resources: Search for encyclopedias and dictionaries, some have extensive, updated information, suggested readings, and bibliographies.

Journal Articles: Search for journal articles in relevant databases.

Research Databases: Search for primary source materials such as documents and images, study guides, and more.

Newspapers/ Magazines: Search for international and local news via dedicated databases.

Statistics: Data and statistics about religious beliefs, economic conditions and demographics around the world.
