You have several options for identifying peer reviewed journals.

Some databases allow you to limit to peer reviewed journal aritcles. See list of databases.  See screen shot examples from databases. 

PUBMED statement |  Most journals in PubMed are peer-reviewed or refereed. Non-editorial journal staff review original articles before the articles are accepted for publication.Criteria for peer review and the qualifications of peers or referees vary among publishers.We have no list of peer-reviewed/refereed journals in PubMed; and you cannot limit your search to peer-reviewed journals using PubMed.

When searching in journal databases, click on GetIt@ASU following each article, scroll down to options. You will link out to Ulrichs Periodical Directory,and to your journal title, scroll down to  "Refereed" (also called peer reviewed) to see its status.

 

Go to Ulrichs Periodical Directory and enter your journal title into the search box. At journal record, scroll down to "Referred".

 You should be able to read the publisher's information within each journal issue or visit the publisher's site to confirm that the journal is peer reviewed.
