Note: most content in the ASU Digital Repository is open access (no login required to view); however, materials that are reserved for ASU users are denoted with a black triangle icon. Students will need to log-in to the repository to view the content.
1. In the ASU Digital Repository, right-click on the permanent link, scroll down and click on Copy Link Location.
2. Go to your Blackboard course, and click on the Content menu (Unit Lectures in this example). Click on Build Content > Web Link.
3. Right-click and paste the permanent link into the URL field. The permanent link is called a handle, and begins with "http://hdl.handle.net". This is a permanent link to the content, and more reliable than the webpage URL.
4. Provide a title or description, as needed. SAVE.
Please tell us if you use ASU Digital Repository materials in your course - we love to hear from our faculty members!
