Introduction

This guide was designed specifically for the "Nanotechnology in Society" Learning Community in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, however, it will be useful to others who are researching nanotechnology topics, whether the sci/tech, social or political aspects.

Use the TABs at the top of the page to locate different types of resources or information.

In the Quick Links column on the left are the most commonly used library services and resources for nanotechnology information.

Need Help? Ask a Librarian!

The ASU Libraries provide assistance in many ways:

  • In-person at the Information/Reference desks in each of the libraries
  • By phone at the Information/Reference desk in each of the libraries
  • By e-mail (we'll respond within 2-24 hours)
  • By online chat (available 24/7)

For more information about our Ask a Librarian service see: http://www.asu.edu/lib/help/

The ASU Libraries also have librarians who specialize in certain subjects and act as liaisons to academic departments in those areas.   The subject librarians provide library instruction for ASU classes, recommend and assist with library resources for research, and  purchase material needed for classes and research.

The librarian for the nanotechnology learning community is Linda Shackle and her contact information is listed in the right-hand column.
