MedlinePlus - About the resource  | Search a topic in English or Spanish and retrieve the most authoritative consumer health information gathered from trusted sources.  Get  substantial topic overviews with latest news, current treatments, diagnosis, treatment, related organizations, and more.  It's "one stop" shopping since your search retrieves/links to the best consumer health information from all the major health associations, i.e. American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association.|  Just like PubMed, MedlinePlus is developled by  National Institutes of Health and Medical Library Association| 

Nutrition Evidence Library - About the resource  | Search a topic and retrieve authoritative evidence-based nutrition information gathered from trusted sources.  Try out the Reviews and browse by 'Food/Dietary Patterns,' 'Nutrients,' 'Health Conditions,' 'Special Populations' (like Infant/Maternal), and more.  Evidence is based on systematic reviews carried out according to the USDA Evidence Library's published guidelines - viewable under 'Methodology.'

eLENA - Library of Evidence for Nutrition ActionsAbout the resource  | Search the site provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) or browse through interventions, health conditions, nutrients, and more.  eLENA provides important information on nutrition interventions which is organized in an intuitive, user-friendly manner.  Each page covering a nutrition intervention contains seven core features: Navigation menu, Narrative text box, WHO documents, Evidence, Category of Intervention, Implementation, Related Links, and in some cases also Biological, Behavourial, and Contextual (BBC) statement, and Commentary.

PubMed Health - PubMed Health provides information for consumers and clinicians on prevention and treatment of diseases and conditions. PubMed Health specializes in reviews of clinical effectiveness research, with easy-to-read summaries for consumers as well as full technical reports.  Clnical effectiveness research finds answers to the question “What works?” in medical and health care.  This resource is a service provided by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) at the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM).
