Question: My student reported they did not earn a badge
Answer: While rare, it's possible the student's account may not be configured correctly in Canvas. Please have the student contact UTO's 24/7 Help Desk (they can click the Help icon in the Canvas menu). If UTO is unable to diagnose the issue, please contact LibraryLearningCredentials@asu.edu.
Question: Which browsers should I use?
Answer: You will complete the credential in Canvas, so you should use a browser officially supported by Canvas.
Question: Where can I find my completed credentials?
Answer: You can access credentials using these instructions on the Badgr Student Help Resources website.
Question: How do I add other digital credentials I've earned to my Badgr backpack?
Answer: Badgr allows you to import credentials and badges you have earned from other services, such as Credly. Follow these instructions to import badges into your Badgr backpack.
