Am I eligible to vote? 

You are eligible to vote if you are a United States citizen over the age of 18.

I'm not sure if I am registered to vote.

I’m not registered yet, how do I do that?

Is there a deadline to register to vote? 

All states have a different deadline, generally a certain number of days before an election. You can check your state’s requirements HERE.   

I am registered to vote somewhere else.  Can't I just vote where I am on Election Day?  

Your voter registration is tied to the address used when you register, and you are assigned a local polling place.  To find out where your polling place is, go HERE.   

I won’t be able to get to my polling place on Election Day, since I’ll be on campus.  Can I vote with an absentee ballot? 

Yes.  You may register to vote and apply for an absentee ballot HERE.  You will need to mail your registration form to your state's election officials. so please be aware of any and all deadlines.
