DSM-5 The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) is the standard classification of mental disorders used by mental health professionals in the United States. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) is the current edition.
