• RPI, Professor Jose Holgun-Veras, has powerpoint slide show on writing a technical report 
• IET has a guide on technical report writing
• UofA, Engineering College has a guide on Technical Writing
  
  
  
• OWL, the Purdue University's Online Writing Lab is an excellent resource for information on writing at the college level.
