ASU Library conference prep workshops
Get expert help from ASU librarians in a free workshop series designed to help you prepare standout proposals and posters. The current series is focused on preparing for the AAAS Student Poster Competition in Phoenix on February 14-15, 2026, but anyone may attend and information will be generalizable to most conferences.
If you are a Barrett student, funding for the $75 registration fee can be covered with a Barrett scholarship if your poster is accepted. To process coverage of the fee, please complete this registration funding form. Please contact Dr. Georgette Briggs for any further questions regarding poster submission and meeting registration.
