License Manager: When you install the software select ArcGIS Concurrent (Advanced) and Define a License Manager for Concurrent Use Products. Set the server address to pubkeyserver12.asu.edu. This can also be done from the ArcGIS Desktop Administrator shortcut in the ArcGIS folder.

The license manager is only accessible from on-campus or from off-campus using the CISCO SSLVPN found on ASU MyAPPS.
