RECOVER AN OFFLINE LICENSE

Only one device can be authorized for ArcGIS Pro offline use at a time.

If a user authorizes ArcGIS Pro for offline use and somehow loses access to the device on which offline use was activated, that user will be unable to authorize ArcGIS Pro on any other device. Upon trying, the user will receive a message indicating that, "The account cannot be used to authorize ArcGIS Pro as it has already been configured to use in offline mode on some other device."

These situations require that the organization administrator, the Map and Geospatial Hub, escalate the matter to Esri. Technical teams at Esri will need to reset the user's ArcGIS Pro license.

If you need to recover your , please submit a service request that includes a screenshot of the overview page while logged into ArcGIS Online. The screenshot must include both your ArcGIS Online username and the Subscription ID. See a sample screenshot of the necessary information below.

The ASU Library acknowledges the twenty-three Native Nations that have inhabited this land for centuries. Arizona State University's four campuses are located in the Salt River Valley on ancestral territories of Indigenous peoples, including the Akimel O’odham (Pima) and Pee Posh (Maricopa) Indian Communities, whose care and keeping of these lands allows us to be here today. ASU Library acknowledges the sovereignty of these nations and seeks to foster an environment of success and possibility for Native American students and patrons. We are advocates for the incorporation of Indigenous knowledge systems and research methodologies within contemporary library practice. ASU Library welcomes members of the Akimel O’odham and Pee Posh, and all Native nations to the Library.
