To locate publications and documents in the Government Documents Collection:
- Recent and current federal government documents, and all State and Local Arizona Documents may be found in the ASU Library Online Catalog
- Materials will have a HAYDEN US DOCUMENTS or HAYDEN AZ DOCUMENTS location in one of the following formats: print, online, microfiche, CD/DVD, etc., depending on the agency and/or date published
- Many Federal documents in our collection, prior to 1976, can not be searched through our Online Catalog. It is possible to identify these documents using other resources, including:
- Worldcat (1789-present)
- Catalog of U.S. Government Publications (1976-present)
- Specialized printed indexes or catalogs available in the Government Documents Collection
Once identified, these publications can be searched for in our physical collection.

The Government Documents are located at the Fletcher Library on the ASU West Campus.
Requesting Materials
Public and non-ASU affiliated members can request Federal documents and other government documents using the following request form https://lib.asu.edu/access/blocked/request/form.
