Once Course Resource Services staff receive a notice that a Resource Organizer has gone from the "Rolled Over" status to the "Ready for Processing" status, we will be able to review that the content is still accessible through ASU Library, renewing licenses as necessary and possible. This is especially relevant to streaming videos that are licensed for 1- year, 3- years, or streamed under fair use (fair use content streams ONLY for the run of the requested term, at which time it needs to be renewed). New streaming video request forms need to be submitted upon the expiration of each streaming video.
*Users can only associate course sections that they have owner roles in. If there are course sections that belong to other users, please email Course Resource Services staff with the respective course codes and they will make the necessary associations.
A recent update to the Leganto tool has made it easier to embed or link to resources from various areas within your Canvas course. These links will direct the user to the associated the appropriate citation within the Leganto ASU Library Resource Organizer tool. The links will also be updated when the existing citation is updated and be copied over with Canvas shell!

The ASU Library acknowledges the twenty-three Native Nations that have inhabited this land for centuries. Arizona State University's four campuses are located in the Salt River Valley on ancestral territories of Indigenous peoples, including the Akimel O’odham (Pima) and Pee Posh (Maricopa) Indian Communities, whose care and keeping of these lands allows us to be here today. ASU Library acknowledges the sovereignty of these nations and seeks to foster an environment of success and possibility for Native American students and patrons. We are advocates for the incorporation of Indigenous knowledge systems and research methodologies within contemporary library practice. ASU Library welcomes members of the Akimel O’odham and Pee Posh, and all Native nations to the Library.
