Music Resources

This library guide is designed to support the learning, research, and teaching efforts of students, faculty and staff of Arizona State University's School of Music, Dance and Theatre, a school within the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts.

Music Library

The ASU Music Library is housed in the Music Building, affectionately known as the "birthday cake," part of the School of Music, Dance and Theatre at the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. Constructed in 1970, the Music Building has eight levels, three of which are underground. Wesley Peters, Frank Lloyd Wright's son-in-law, designed the building, which is a neighbor to Lloyd Wright's ASU Gammage.
